Terms & Conditions - Denver Colorado Massage

These Terms & Conditions outline the policies of Sarva Massage & Energy Healing. By booking a session or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & Payments

• All appointments must be booked through PocketSuite via our website at www.sarvaenergyhealing.com.

• PocketSuite securely processes all payments, including billing details. We do not collect or store credit card information directly.

• Sessions are available in person at the Denver studio on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. Remote Reiki and consultation services may be available 7 days a week via Zoom or phone.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s appointment.

• The full session fee still applies.

• ​

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• 72 hours or more notice: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty.

• Within 24 hours of appointment: 50% of the session fee will be charged.

• No-call / no-show: The full session fee will be charged.

  • A second no-show may result in referral to another practitioner, and no further bookings will be accepted.

• Health-related cancellations: If you are sick or have been exposed to illness (including COVID-19), you may cancel without penalty by notifying us before your session.

Refunds

• No refunds are offered for pre-booked appointments.

• Credits for cancelled or rescheduled sessions are valid for 6 months and may be extended for an additional 6 months with a $25 fee.

Gift Cards

• Gift cards include the recipient’s name, valid date, expiration date, and amount.

• Each card includes a QR code that may be scanned to book appointments.

• Gift cards expire after 6 months, with the option to extend for an additional 6 months for a $40 fee.

Discounts

• Military (active duty or veteran) and public education employees may receive discounts with valid ID.

• If massage is not within your budget, please email Hello@sarvaenergyhealing.com to discuss alternate payment options.

COVID-19 & Health Policies

• Massage is classified as a Personal Service under Colorado law. We comply with CDC guidelines and Colorado state regulations.

• The practitioner is fully vaccinated (Pfizer + booster).

• Unvaccinated clients are required to wear a mask during sessions.

• Clients who feel ill (with COVID-19, flu, or any other illness) must cancel or reschedule their appointment. There will be no penalty for health-related cancellations.

• The practitioner reserves the right to cancel or end a session if safety or health concerns arise.

Liability & Client Responsibilities

• Clients must inform the practitioner of any medical conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect treatment.

• Massage therapy and holistic services (including Reiki, sound healing, tarot, astrology, and journeywork) are not a substitute for medical care.

• Sarva Massage & Energy Healing is not liable for injuries or issues that arise from withheld or inaccurate health information.

• By booking, clients acknowledge that they are responsible for their own health and well-being during and after services.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and the United States.
